A Schwan's Customer Service Manager, through outside driver sales work, sells frozen foods to residential customers at their home and some smaller business. A Customer Service Manager drives a medium-sized freezer truck loaded with over 350 different products, providing excellent customer service to regular customers, while continuing to add new customers in pre-set routes. Customer Service Managers visit 70-100 customers per day (4-5 days per week), visiting them every two weeks. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, honest, dependable and friendly.
